Delivery & Returns
Thanks for shopping with us! Please contact the RMBLR customer service team on firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any queries or would like to exchange an item.
Socks and Hats will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for. Packs and larger orders will be sent with our courier, Interlink Express. Orders are despatched between 9am and 4pm, Monday to Friday. If you order within this time period, you will receive your parcel the next day.
If you need a refund or exchange, please send the goods back to our address (below). Returns must be made within 21 days from the day you receive your order. Refunds will be issued to the same tender that was originally used.
All unwanted items must be returned in new and unused condition, with original labels still attached. The return postage costs are paid for by the customer, unless you have received a faulty item.
Right To Cancel
According to the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order up to a maximum of 14 days from the day after you receive your goods. You must notify us of intent to cancel in writing, by contacting us at: RMBLR, PO Box 491, Salford, M5 0AE, or via email: email@example.com. Any return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and goods must be returned unused and packaged safely for transit.
